Course Purchases

All online exam purchases, mock tests and practice sets are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

Payment Failure

• If amount is deducted but order fails, Razorpay auto-refunds in 5–7 days.
• Email us if amount is not reversed automatically.

Duplicate Payment

If a user accidentally pays twice, refund will be issued to the original source.
